tshirt consulting was founded in 2018 with the intention of providing highly effective learning and development solutions for individuals, teams and organizations in business and healthcare.
We’re all the same in a t-shirt. In a similar sense, consulting and leadership training doesn’t need to be complicated. We can just be humans. We can come as we are.

Fabian Lübke, Founder & Executive Coach
Fabian’s approach and motivation is the result of different influences:
A family history of entrepreneurship
A long-term practice in buddhist meditation
A deep know-how in learning & development tools , approaches and strategies
A love for music and creativity
Fabian completed his ICF-certified training as a professional Coach in Berlin (2009). He is a certified Reiss profile master (2011). Over the last 20 years, he has extensively studied the intersection of western psychology, eastern wisdom traditions and modern learning techniques.
His client list includes tech startups Miro, Postmates, HelloFresh and Get Your Guide, as well as larger organizations including IKEA, Porsche, Volkswagen, Miele, Beiersdorf and Intersport.
After being based in Berlin for 14 years he has relocated to a farmhouse near Bielefeld in 2022, where he lives with his wife Janina, their four children and two cats.

Anette Frisch, Executive Coach
Anette's approach and motivation has been influenced by:

Anette divides her professional life in working as a Learning & Development Specialist for an NGO as well as supporting people from various organizations as Executive Coach. She is a certified Master Business Coach, Conflict and Stress- and Burnout prevention Coach, Facilitator as well as Organizational Management Consultant.
Over the last 11 years Anette has been coaching leaders and founders from different industries. Her background in Business Administration helps her keeping things real. After being based in Berlin for 17 years, she has recently relocated to a village near the Lake Constance, where she lives with her husband and their two children.
