Our newest training program is specifically designed to support people from the medical field in learning and developing modern leadership skills.

This includes: interdisciplinary communication, team development, leadership theory, conflict management, burnout prevention, and more.

The demands on leaders in medicine have changed significantly over the last years. Especially for younger doctors and nurses, collaboration has become a key factor to individual wellbeing as well as to medical success. Today, most medical institutions are seeking to build and sustain a culture based on open communication, interdisciplinary exchange, and mutual trust.

To succeed in this cultural change, it is important to make contemporary leadership skills available to all leading doctors and nurses, enabling them to lead with purpose and impact, to reduce friction and stress, to address conflict proactively and to take responsibility for the prosperity of the organization..

Our leadership training program offers:

The program is based on a 3 or 6-month process with bi-weekly sessions of 60 minutes each. These can be booked flexibly, according to individual work schedules. The sessions take place via smartphone.
