„In collaboration, friction is what allows fire to come. As long as your goal isn’t to get your way the friction isn’t painful. Welcome it. It’s what you need to grow.“
Team Culture
Having worked with many teams over the years, we have experienced two ways from which brilliant team culture arises. Either completely naturally, or as a result of deep care and attention.
There are many different ways to facilitate, visualize and structure a group process towards actionable results. Here’s a short selection of people and approaches we like to use in our workshops.
Design Thinking, Twyla Tharp’s approach to creativity, Gamestorming, The Integral Approach, Kenny Werner’s improvisation techniques, Spiral Dynamics, Motivational Analysis by Stephen Reiss, Bill Torbert’s Action Inquiry, Non-violent Communication, Fred Kofman’s Conscious Business approach.
We are not implying that we have the magic solution to instantly enable team to perform on an exceptional level. We do not promise quick-fixes or one-workshop-aha-experiences. What we do promise is to get you and your team - or whole company - on a meaningful journey towards improved cultural awareness.

„If you want to hire great people and have them stay working for you, you have to be run by ideas, not hierarchy. The best ideas have to win, otherwise good people don’t stay.“
